Actually, helpful I was really skeptical about these actually doing anything to help me. I was surprised by how calm I felt after taking one and highly recommend them to anybody that just needs to take that little bit of an edge off stress wise.

Easy stress relief My daughter in law gave me some of these and I have used them when traveling. It helps calm me when it is getting chaotic around me at the airport or other public places.

Love them I truly like these gummy’s. I have anxiety when flying and lately it’s been higher than normal so I decided to try these and I tell you they work. I love the taste and I have no problem swallowing them. They did not have a bad smell like some compressed gummies do and it is very easy on my stomach. I don’t have an upset stomach like some of the other natural products I use tends to give me. It is not an energy killer nor a booster it simply mellows you down to make you relax. I will purchase again and make it a part of my daily use. I highly recommend purchase especially for those that are looking for a stress reliever that is not in the form of a pill and is a natural supplement.
