I'm happy with the results Somehow I do feel it has helped me with my sleep, even after I get up to use the bathroom, I am able to go back to sleep with no problems.

Not for me! I have trouble getting to sleep and yes this product helps....but it is supposed to let you get back to sleep if you get up during the night. Well, I do get up most nights and it does not help me in getting back to sleep. I feel the time release is released for about 5 hours and after that it just doesn't work for me.

Works as advertised For occasional help with getting to sleep quickly, this product works as advertised. I like the Vit. B as part of the dose --- and it does seem to time-release.

Crazy dreams, high dosage Crazy dreams, sometimes so intense that it affected my sleep. This dosage may be too hard for most people. I have found better sleep at lower dosages

I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore! I used to fall asleep early and wake up around 3 am (probably due to menopause) laying awake for hours and falling back asleep right before the alarm rang. This allowed me to sleep through the night. Even if I woke up, I'd find it easy to fall back asleep. This doesn't work for my daughter, though, so your mileage may vary. But definitely worth a try.

Sleep is Important Effective Product, a bit pricey but it lasts through the night usually. I’ve tried store brands but they’re generally not as strong. Of course are exceptions.

Works pretty good. Had to stop using any sleep product that contains diphenhydramine...like Benadryl... Too bad... diphenhydramine works so well to get sleep but clinical studies have found that continuing usage of it leads to Dementia! Had to stop using immediately!Melatonin is helpful, and time release is better than plain Melatonin. I use it with Valerian Root Extract which makes it work better.
