I like the 3mg pills, since I can stack them to get the effect that I want without worrying I took too much. And they taste good, so putting them under my tongue to get a quicker absorption is actually pleasant. No after-taste.Price is comparable to better than other brands. I like the flip top (though parents with kids might want to control this so kids don't get into the pills. I notice a calming effect within twenty minutes and drowsiness starts to set in just afterwards - and no hangover in the morning. Weird Dreams I have used Natrol Melatonin 3mg for years and have been very pleased with its effectiveness.It helps me fall asleep quickly and doesn't make me groggy the next morning. However, I just bought another bottle and am UPSET that I have weird, very vivid dreams every night I take a tablet. Just to test my theory, I didn't take one for 3 nights ----- no weird dreams! On the 4th night I took one and the dreaming was back! I have repeated my experiment enough now to think that something in my last bottle is causing these unsettling dreams. I can't help but wonder if a new ingredient has been added. In all the years I've used this product, this has never happened before! I wish I had an answer because I hate to loose such a good sleeping "pill,"but the dreams are worse than sleeplessness. I hope no one else experiences this odd phenomenon.
