I’ve been a loyal user of Garden of Life products and purchased 5 bottles of this raw probiotic on 28 Apr 2025. I stored all bottles in my refrigerator from day one, even though the packaging clearly states “No refrigeration required.”I finished the first 2 bottles without issue. But when I opened a new one, I was horrified to see that the contents were badly oxidized and blackened. I opened the remaining 2 bottles and found one more bottle also oxidized, while the last one appeared normal.This is incredibly disappointing and concerning. I followed storage instructions and even went above and beyond by refrigerating, yet still ended up with contaminated or compromised product.I trusted this brand for quality and stability, clearly something went wrong in manufacturing or packaging. Will not be repurchasing.

Great product, just vulnerable. This is a great product, it is. While I haven't been seeing as spectacular results as other users have reported, which is likely due to the fact that, one, I'm not taking enough, and, two, I'm probably in much poorer health than about half the users, it's still keeping my gut in check. I know that much for certain. Honestly, that's a miracle in its own right, to me anyway.That said, I'd show no restraint, in recommending this to someone, except for when it comes to the aspect of shipping. Granted, it is, in part, not the seller's fault. I just want to let that be clear. Sure, it'd be nice of them to provide better, faster methods for the same price, but that's obviously not feasible, which I can understand.Back on point, yes, with the weather being what it is (late summer, very early fall - 80 degrees and humid, at the time of purchasing this), I wouldn't bother, unless you are willing to drop a few extra dollars on at least priority mail, or, by some stroke of luck, live near one of the sellers. I wouldn't trust the quality, after it sitting in the heat for days, especially if your health really depends on the stuff.Really though, you never know, we could do everything, and, still, the shipping entity could muck things up. In my case, MegaVits got this out early, early the next day, and it arrived in my state around 24 hours later, if that, at the sorting facility, which is just a couple hours away. So, that said, I expected it the next day, in the morning, as most things usually come the next day, when they've arrived there.But, nope, it's now going on two days later, which sucks. I can't help but feel like I'm out $70 and/or risking my health by using compromised probiotics.UPDATE: Now, what's more than a week later, it turns out that my package mistakenly was sent to Massachusetts, halfway across the country. So, knowing that the product would definitely be in poor condition, due to being exposed to the heat for so long, I contacted MegaVits about it, hoping they might be able to do something about it for me, and they did. Issue resolved. Highly recommended seller.TLDR; good product, just make sure you get it to your home and in the fridge ASAP.

Fast acting to clear up bacterial imbalance and eliminate diarrhea! These are a lifesaver! Anytime I have a bacteria issue from food or the farm, whatever the case may be, I take one of these and it gets rid of my diarrhea. It’s definitely worth having on hand. The pill size is small and easy to swallow and leaves no aftertaste.The only complaint I have is that the bottle size is triple the amount of product. The pills are way down in the bottom. It’s a little strange, but not a big deal. I’ll still keep buying these because they work!!
