Worth The Price I had these vitamins recommended as part of the Live the Life fitness program. At first I was hesitant to purchase them because they are a little pricey, but I have to say I notice a difference on the days that I take them before my workout, and days I don't. They don't make me jittery, but they do give me a nice steady energy boost. The size is good, especially compared to other whole food vitamins I have tried, some of which were just too huge for me to choke down. I don't think they can really help you reach your "perfect weight" without any changes in lifestyle, but they are a good product to help you have the energy to power through workouts, and to make up for possible deficits in your diet. Amazon has the best price I have found, so I have continued to buy them here.

Really Good Vitamins Garden of Life makes the best vitamins. They’re easy to swallow capsules made out of whole foods. I notice if I forget to take them, my energy levels are down. They’re also vegan which is great. My husband found this company 13 years ago when I was pregnant and I’ve been a Garden of Life fan since then.

Good, solid multivitamin. This is a good multivitamin that my stomach tolerates well. I often get upset stomach from taking multivitamins, even when taken with food. I like Garden of Life's products overall, so I decided to give there Perfect Weight Multi a shot, in order to compliment my normal healthy diet and exercise routine/lifestyle. I did not notice any special differences between this and other multivitamins. I gave it four stars instead of five for that reason and because you have to take two pills, twice per day which is not as convenient as I'd like my multivitamin regimen to be. I also feel that if something claims to have any effect on a person's weight or metabolism - especially right there in the product name - then I should have noticed an effect on my weight or metabolism, which I did not in the slightest. Good product though! Especially for those with sensitive stomachs.

Love this vitamin! I started using this vitamin Jan 2, so its been about 2 weeks. I feel like I can get through my day with out a ton of coffee as long as I've gotten 7 hours of sleep or so. I also had had an on-going upper respiratory infection for a month before I started taking these and someone wrote that they hadn't had a cold in years, and my infection finally broke up after antibiotics did nothing. I do feel much more in control of my emotions and less stressed. My appetite has started to taper off (I used to feel like I was constantly starving.) As far as weight loss, as others have said, I've incorporated regular exercise (3-5 days a week) for the last month, which I feel like this has given me the edge I needed to push through, but I don't know if it would cause weight loss by itself. I also read someone said it helps with bloating. At the weight I am now I can fit into pants that didn't fit before, so I think it does help with water weight and balance that way. I'll update as I continue to use. side note: I have been experiencing a slight "cleansing" action- which I wasn't sure at first if it was something I ate one night, but it seems to be regulating my digestive system more than with just probiotics which I've taken regularly for years.****UPDATE******Its been just over a month and I can say for sure that I'm down about 8 pounds. My belly is so much less bloated/flatter. I've noticed a HUGE decrease in appetite. I'm not stress eating as much. Normally I would eat 2-3 servings of dinner and tonight all I had was a sandwich. Most days I would eat 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and then the big dinner, but today I had a couple slices of toast with some avocado, lunch was a wrap with some chips, and then my sandwich for dinner. That's IT! I work out 3-4 times a week, but the last couple weeks I haven't made it to the gym because of the snow. I'll continue to take this vitamin and update over the next few months. I'm so excited my pants fit again!

Made me a morning person!!! I have no idea how, but for the first time in my life I naturally wake up in the morning now. I woke up at 6:30 with no alarm. Usually, I can very easily sleep into the afternoon. My entire life 10am was early.. to the point I'm scared to schedule a 10am appointment for something.I don't understand how this he helps! I've taken so many supplements over the years, but none ever did this. And in case you're doubting me, yes, I'm talking about Garden of Life, Vitamin Code, Perfect Weight multivitamin .Plus, It doesn't feel stimulating like coffee. It just naturally makes me fall asleep and wake up at normal times!Anyone with a delayed sleep phase understands how this can affect your life. I can't figure out how these do it, but I've stopped and started them many times and every time I restart them, within a week, my sleep schedule is like a normal person's!!Downside is that they didn't help with weight loss.But I could only stomach 2 pills a day instead of the 4 capsules the bottle recommends.
