Good, but tastes like beets. Love the price of these for such a large quantity, they dissolve quickly, and always put me right to sleep within 30 minutes orso. However I can taste the beets used to color the product. Such a strong beet flavor and that’s one of the few foods I cannot stand. I would rather have a colorless product with no beet flavor.

BAM - it works that fast! My husband had received these as a gift from a neighbor as we were discussing the pros of using melatonin. I have to say, they dissolve quickly and both of us are usually headed to bed within 15-20 minutes of taking a tablet. Yes, there are times when we will both take 2 and that really does get you through the night.I try to switch melatonin products so I don't get too immune to them, and I have to say, this one really is our favorite. We have used it during travel and use it nightly to help give us the extra boost we need to sleep soundly, and yes, we both sleep very soundly with this product.
