    Good Taste, Good Ingredients — Just Hard to Measure the Calm These are actually quite good. The apple flavor is light and clean, and the texture is soft and chewy — not sticky or waxy like some other gummies I’ve tried. I looked over the ingredients and was impressed by how natural everything seems. There’s nothing artificial or chemical-sounding in there, and that always makes me feel better about taking something regularly.They’re advertised as helping with stress, calmness, and an overall happier mood. I’ve been taking them along with a few other supplements I use daily, and to be honest, it’s always hard to know what’s doing what. I can’t say I felt a dramatic shift in calmness or focus, but I also can’t say they didn’t help. It’s one of those things where you might not notice an immediate effect, but you feel fine — and that’s not a bad thing. Cant say I noticed increased focus.Effectiveness aside, I think they’re a good value. You get a nice size bottle for the price, and the quality of the ingredients feels solid. I like that they’re plant-based and made with recognizable stuff like hemp seed oil, ashwagandha, and L-theanine instead of a bunch of filler. They don’t leave any weird aftertaste, and I appreciate that they’re easy to take daily.Overall, I’d give these a solid four stars.     Taste bad Does not taste good. Texture is mushy. Gave me diarrhea, which I read is probably the GABA. They may work for others.

    Worth the money? Hope these work for my stress. I received it today. First, the push down and twist top was difficult to do. As one with arthritis and recovering from major surgery this has to change for people with limited range of motion with their hands. It was enough to cause added stress! breatheeeeeee. Next, once opened, they were all frozen together. That was another task in itself. Delivering a product so sensitive to zero degree weather is a negative factor. I spent time removing each one out of the jar before they became totally encased in each other as one huge gummy! Once separated, I laid them out to thaw. I placed more than half into another bottle and now have them in a room with normal temperatures; not too hot and not too cold. pheee. Now, to see how they work and how long it takes to feel a difference. cons; besides what I wrote, they do stick together, though it states it has some sort of WAX in them. Is this a natural wax , because I had hernia surgery, and don't want to upset my stomach. Also, I do not like the added 3 grams of sugar per gummy. Where does this sugar come from? I'm watching what I eat and sugar is one big factor. As a prediabetic, I'm supposed to have under 25 grams of sugar a day if that. I have to read everything I consume daily and it gets tedious. Basically, it comes down to drinking filtered water with lemon in it.

    Taste Terrible These taste gross. The earlier version of this from the Br happy Be You website was much better. Something is very off tasting in these and they cannot be consumed.
    The product says LUDEY but got a boot marked IDOSON. FALSE representation. Even the tag on the boot says Ludey.
