Opposite Effect Sadly, this created the opposite of the desired effect. Took it as instructed, and it kept me up all night wide awake. Tried 2 nights and same effect. Would return if it was returnable.

Blueberry flavored gummies that help to produce a relaxed state I have difficulty in falling and staying asleep, and that is an understatement. Look-up the word "insomnia" in the dictionary and you could see an accompanying photo of me. I would most likely be looking tired and not a little stressed. Not a pretty picture. I've tried many over-the-counter remedies with uneven results. Melatonin is usually helpful in falling asleep, but not in staying asleep. And I am more than a little loopy in the morning. So I ordered these GABA gummies in the hope that sleep and I would be happily re-introduced.The whole point of these gummies is to produce melatonin naturally, but whether naturally produced melatonin has fewer side-effects than artificially produced melatonin is an open question. With the addition of L-Theanine and L-Tryptophan (the famous "Turkey" amino acid), which are both amino acids that putatively feature calming and relaxing effects, the sleep-inducing impact of these gummies is definitely multiplied.L-theanine is found in (especially green) tea, and it is known for its usefulness in promoting relaxation and reducing stress. L-tryptophan is what is often described as an essential amino acid, and is a well-studied precursor to both serotonin and melatonin, both of which are apparently significant factors in mood regulation and sleep. All of these ingredients have been used for years and are considered safe.I found these soft, easy to chew blueberry flavored gummies to be helpful in producing a mildly relaxed state. One that is useful in easing the transition from the frenetic pace of the day to a more calming state in which sleep is the usual outcome. These gummies don't always work, they simply don't have that kind of strength. But they are helpful. Of course, reading is also helpful, but when one is an insomniac any additional help is greatly appreciated.

Doesn't last long needing to take more than recommended dose These I will give a 3 stars it works however you have to take much more than the recommended amount to get the calming effect needed.

Better quality sleep I like these, the orange tastes pretty good. I don't produce much gaba naturally so I supplement with these. Helps me with my mood and I sleep better taking them.

Helps with sleep Been taking nightly for several nights and have been sleeping longer without waking up multiple times a night. Don’t feel tired in the morning.
