Keeps my gut healthy after SIBO diagnosis How have I not done a review of this probiotic before? I had SIBO for 3 1/2 years with no relief and multiple surgeries (gallbladder removal, and endometriosis) these helped with some very specific symptoms but did not eradicate the bacteria. I have tried many probiotics over the years and this one is the only one that ever helped and did not give other side effects.Now granted, for me, I had to be on doxycycline for a month and a half to rid the bad bacteria, but my doctor told me the only way to keep it away after the initial die off phase was to replace with a probiotic and replenish healthy gut bacteria. After the antibiotics did their work, I started Physician's Choice and I'll never go back. This one and the 100 billion CFUs that they sell repaired my gut.I have taken them daily for 1 1/2 years and I am 95% back to my baseline. Recently I ran out and tried a different probiotic that was lower strength and my bloating and diarrhea were starting to come back a little bit-- not nearly to the level that they used to be but I could tell I had more discomfort when off of this probiotic. Take it from me, this really works. I feel great when I am on these and my SIBO is managed. They don't have a bad taste, and in my opinion are not huge and hard to swallow, but I am used to swallowing pills much larger than this.

Buy it you will not regret it. I love this product been using it for 2 years and nothing the doctors that can give me to get the d of my acid reflux nausea and constipation and I tell you this works on all 3 at one time. You have to be consistent just like anything to work no it’s magic and you should consult with your doctor but it’s a prebiotic and probiotic so I’m sure it will be ok and it’s well worth the money to it.

Good gut health Not officially sure what a probiotic does and how to rate it but, I take these and I feel less bloated after fatty foods and bad eating so I guess that's a good thing. Good product
