A truly top grade supplement that is yummy as well! I have long used Natrol Melatonin after trying many brands on the market because I have found it to be by far the best. About 6-8 months ago a friend suggested that I try the strawberry fast dissolve version of Natrol's Melatonin. It is exactly that - fast dissolving and absolutely delicious!! So many "dissolving" type supplements either have a not so great taste or leave a unpleasant aftertaste. Not Natrol's fast dissolving strawberry!!! Absolutely worth a try if you are a melatonin user. And if you are not, melatonin is totally worth a try. While it does not have the "quick drugged" effect of prescription sleep aids like Ambien, it is a wonderful sleep aide that does work once you get used to the difference between the action of a prescription versus a natural supplement. Even those with very picky taste buds will enjoy this product. I give it the highest recommendation! And if Melatonin by itself is not sufficient to do the trick, I've found adding liquid Valerian Root in addition to the Melatonin is helpful. Also the age old tricks of a nice hot relaxing bath and a cup of Nighty Night or Chamomile tea along with unplugging all our modern "devices" will help as well. Amazon's prices for the Natrol Melatonin prices are also very competitive with both local stores and other online retailers. Excellent product for treating circadian rhythm disorder ~ Has enabled me to assume a more normal sleeping schedule I've suffered from some type of circadian rhythm disorder for my entire life. While most people enjoy the morning; I've always found that I'm at my worst during that part of the day. This played havoc on my schedule while at school, and actually forced me into signing up for classes that started after 10AM. Even that hour was way too early for me. It also played a major role in my inability to stay awake at work. Getting at up 5:30AM was sheer torture.At the time, I assumed that I was simply a night owl, and that it was normal for me to enjoy staying up to the wee hours of the morning and sleeping until noon. The weekends couldn't come soon enough. It wasn't until a recent visit to my doctor that I learned about circadian rhythm and how it affects everyone in a different way.As a result of my conversation with the M.D., he told me to start taking 5MG of Melatonin during the early evening hours. He said that the regular use of Melatonin would gradually reset my body clock, and that I'd eventually be able to sleep on a more normal schedule. Melatonin is a naturally produced hormone, however, if there's an inadequate supply during the evening hours, a person tends to be awake late into the night.Since people with circadian rhythm sleep disorders are unable to sleep and wake at the times required for normal work, school, and social needs, the use of Melatonin can be very helpful. It doesn't so much as help you sleep, but rather to regulate your internal body clock to enable you to readjust it in order to better schedule the hours in which you sleep. It plays a critical role in when we fall asleep and when we wake up.I've been using the Natrol Melatonin for the past two months, and while it hasn't completely eliminated my sleeping issues, it's definitely helped. According to my doctor, this is normal, as it takes a long time to treat a condition that you've lived with for your entire life.The main thing that I've noticed is that I'm tired and ready for bed a lot earlier than in the past. Whereas I used to stay up until well after midnight, I now find myself going to bed around 11PM or so. In addition, I fall asleep quickly. Getting up in the morning is still difficult for me, however, it's not as difficult as before. I still struggle to get out of bed at an early hour, but once I'm up, I'm wide awake and refreshed.The bottom line is that this product does wonders for my circadian rhythm disorder. While not a complete cure; I'm well on the way to a normal sleep routine for the first time in my life. I would advise anyone who has this condition to give this product a try. Just keep in mind that it won't solve your problem immediately, but over a course of time it likely will. One more thing; these tablets are great tasting and dissolve in your mouth in just a few seconds.

Them down and just use them to sleep I have taken them myself when I have a sleepless a restless night and it actually just soot I have been using natural melatonin for my kids for about 3 years now. I have two children that have ADHD and anxiety disorders they also have autism and that makes it hard for them to settle down and go to sleep. I have been using this as an alternative instead of using pharmaceutical medications which I am NOT against the band anyway however if there is a natural way to go about something I prefer I prefer that. These dissolving melatonin pills have been a lifesaver for us I give one to my child 30 minutes before I want them fall asleep and it doesn't knock them out as a pharmaceutical medication what do but it does, them down and just use them to sleep I have taken them myself when I have a sleepless a restless night and it actually just soothes me it's kind of like if you had taken the nice warm tea and its very nice and natural. What I also like about these melatonin pills forces of pharmaceutical sleeping aid or even over the counter is that their natural but also that when you wake up you don't wake up drowsy you're a bully alert and awake and I knew for me when I take a pill I can wake up at my regular time and not sluggish not light headed and not busy nothing just natural waking up. V taste of these pills is a very light soft strawberry it's not too sweet and the dude is all very slowly which I know that some other pills dissolve a lot easier but this one does all the little bit slower and if you wanted to be faster acting you need it to dissolve under your tongue if you chew it with my children she wit it takes a little bit longer so if you dissolve it take a 15 minutes before bed and if you chew it 30 minutes before bed. I have found that this is one of the best brand melatonin and you honestly cannot beat the price here on Amazon I usually purchase these for like double what they are here if I going to my local pharmacy store so these are perfect if you have problem sleeping if it's a constant or even if its just once in awhile these are good they're not addicting I have heard some people say that they are addicting and the to build a resistance however we have not had that issue I haven't and I've been taking them for a while to once in awhile and I still take the same goes my children have needed bigger dose but it also depends because they're growing and so their body is bigger and weighs more and just like with any medication you have to take the weight and size of the person of taking it into consideration so it's not so much that your body is addicted to it is so that if its a child and they're growing they're going to need a different doses.
